Tomorrow is the big day! My parents are setting off tomorrow on the biggest adventure of their lives...
It's hard to believe that they are going to be spending the next three months sitting on horses and camping under the stars in the middle of nowhere!
I'm heading up to their house with my daughter this morning to say our goodbyes and get some pre-departure pictures before they set off for Birdsville tomorrow.
We've managed to figure out a way to get pictures sent back -- by burning them to CD and getting passers by to drop them in the nearest post office.. so hopefully we'll have some good images and diary entries to post up here as they go along.
And to the good bit - In two weeks we've already raised over 800 dollars in pledges! That's fantastic!
